โš–๏ธ Acceptable Use Policy

COOKED APP INC.

Effective: March 3, 2026
Last Updated: March 3, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the boundaries of acceptable behavior on Cooked. Our goal: keep it fun, entertaining, and safe. Cooked settles arguments with humor and AI โ€” not as a tool for harassment, hate, or harm.

1. Purpose

This AUP applies to all content you submit, share, or make available through the Service, including argument text, profile info, shared verdicts, and any user-generated content.

2. Content Standards

2.1 Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that contains or promotes: threats of violence; hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, orientation, disability, or other protected attributes; child sexual abuse material (CSAM); non-consensual intimate imagery; promotion of terrorism, self-harm, or dangerous activities; doxxing; deliberate harmful disinformation; or spam, phishing, and malware.

2.2 Sensitive Topics

Arguments involving politics, religion, health, or social issues are permitted if submitted in good faith and without violating the above prohibitions. Keep it fun. Repeated borderline submissions may result in account restrictions.

3. Behavioral Standards

You must not: harass, bully, stalk, or threaten anyone; exploit AI to generate harmful content; circumvent limits or filters via technical manipulation or multiple accounts; use the Service commercially without authorization; impersonate others or Cooked employees; collect others' personal information; interfere with Service infrastructure; or violate any applicable law.

4. AI Interaction Guidelines

You agree not to: craft inputs designed to produce prohibited content; use prompt injection or jailbreaking techniques; submit arguments solely to test AI limits rather than settle disputes; or extract, reproduce, or reverse-engineer AI logic or training data. Report any AI safety issues through the in-app reporting feature.

5. Sharing & Social Features

When sharing verdicts or Cooked Certificates externally, you must not: alter content to misrepresent verdicts; use shared content to harass or target individuals; imply verdicts are factual or legal determinations; or remove Cooked attribution or branding. Shared content reflects on you and the Cooked community. Keep it fun.

6. Reporting & Enforcement

6.1 Reporting

Report violations using the in-app reporting feature or by emailing support@getcooked.app. All reports are investigated promptly.

6.2 Enforcement

Violations may result in: content removal; temporary or permanent suspension; subscription cancellation without refund; reporting to law enforcement where appropriate; or other protective actions. Enforcement decisions are final.

6.3 Appeals

Appeal within 14 days of an enforcement action by contacting support@getcooked.app. Appeals are reviewed by a different team member. Outcomes are communicated within 14 business days.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP. Material changes communicated via app or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
